• - Precision-made nylon drum wheels, counter-balanced with helical springs to ensure balance and operation,
• - Nylon-fibre webbing to both sides of the door curtain to reduce metal on metal contact,
• - Where selected motors with built in manual release, for use in the event of a power failure
• * Safety: with the courtesy light and manual override built in to all roller door motors.
• * Two options for roller door operation, dependant on your needs and budget.
• - Manual push pull operation with keys

• - Full bearing nylon coated rollers, give a smooth quiet operation,
• - Heavy duty galvanised steel hinges give the door strength,
• - Quiet 1/2 hp motor with built in manual release, in the event of a power failure
• * Safety: with the unique Finger Proof Safety Panels, courtesy light, hemmed panel edges and manual release.
• * And . . . . unlike the old style tilt doors, sectional garage door do not encroach on driveways / the street and rather they follow the track system up along the ceiling.
• * For an additional cost Southern Shutters is able to offer the following:
• - BAL weatherseals, for areas where a Bushfire Attack Level Rating is required.
• - Windows (not suitable for cyclone rated), as below, are dependent on the style.
